TERMS OF SERVICE

Bookings & Waitlist

Due to high volumes of booking requests, an artist may have a waitlist. Bookings made via website, email and phone are not guaranteed. After a request is made to book with one of our artists, we will contact you shortly after to confirm your requested booking. If your request is not available you can ask to be placed on the waitlist in case an existing appointment cancels. Alternatively, we can set-up an appointment on the next available opening right away. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Due to the limited availability of our artists we require a 72 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if given less than 72 hours notice.

Late Policy

We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. If you know you will be late, please call to let your artist know. We ask that you arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes prior. Over 10 minutes late arrivals without notice will be considered a no-show and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time. 

Service Deposits

A deposit is required and due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

IMPORTANT 

Ombre Brows, a permanent cosmetic is considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS can be made. Additional sessions may be required to obtain desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in different outcomes as each client heals differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly and look their very best please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care!
