Please fill out the form below with all the correct information.
If your selected date(s) are available we will send you a confirmation email, accept your booking deposit and finalize your registration.
If your dates are not available you will automatically be placed on our waitlist for the next availability.
Deposit:
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in our training program. Failure to provide the deposit within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation email forfeits your spot to the next applicant.
The deposit amount is subtracted from the total price and the remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your course.
Confirmation:
Spots are limited! Our courses are limited to only 10 students.
Due to a high volume of requests, bookings will be on a first come first serve basis. Filling out this form does not guaranteed a spot to a specific course date.
